Level 3 Teaching Assistant**

Aspire People are recruiting a skilled and proactive **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to support teaching and learning within a primary school. This role is ideal for someone confident delivering **targeted interventions** and supporting pupils to close learning gaps.

You will play a key role in raising attainment through structured support in **literacy and numeracy**, working closely with the class teacher to ensure all pupils reach their potential.

**The Role:** * Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom delivery * Planning and delivering small group interventions in Maths and English * Providing additional support for pupils working below age-related expectations * Monitoring and tracking pupil progress * Supporting a positive and engaging learning environment * Occasionally leading whole-class activities when required

**The Ideal Candidate:** * Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) * Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum * Experience delivering interventions and supporting pupil progress * Confident working independently and using initiative * Strong communication and organisational skills
