Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Whole Class Support & Classroom Leadership**

Aspire People are seeking a confident and experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to support within a busy primary classroom. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking a **leading role within the classroom**, supporting both pupils and teaching staff.

You will be expected to take initiative, support lesson delivery, and confidently step in to lead learning when required.

**The Role:**
* Supporting whole-class teaching alongside the class teacher
* Leading small group sessions and classroom activities
* Delivering pre-planned lessons when required
* Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
* Assisting with planning and resource preparation
* Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Experience working within a primary school setting
* Confident leading groups and supporting whole-class learning
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Proactive, reliable, and adaptable
