The Role:

Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage
Assisting in the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and educational development
Working closely with teachers and support staff

Key Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent Early Years qualification) - essential
Previous experience within an Early Years setting in a primary school
A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
