Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, youll play a key role in matching tenants to properties, managing enquiries, and supporting the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming enquiries and booking property viewings
• Conducting viewings and building rapport with prospective tenants
• Matching applicants to suitable properties
• Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies
• Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth customer journey
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date

Ideal candidate:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or transferable experience from roles such as:
  • Housing Association / Housing Officer
  • Property Management
  • Bookings / Reservations (e.g. hospitality or accommodation)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent administrative and customer facing skills, able to negotiate and handle objections resolving issues that arise
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
