Key Responsibilities Managing incoming enquiries and booking property viewings Conducting viewings and building rapport with prospective tenants Matching applicants to suitable properties Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth customer journey Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date Ideal candidate: Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or transferable experience from roles such as: Housing Association / Housing Officer Property Management Bookings / Reservations (e.g. hospitality or accommodation)
