About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Private Wealth team as a Junior PA, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting fee earners with their day-to-day activities. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment handling a diverse range of administrative and secretarial tasks, from diary management and travel arrangements to supporting marketing activities and client meetings. The role offers excellent exposure to high-quality private client work and the opportunity to build strong working relationships with experienced lawyers and their clients.

Legal PA Responsibilities Managing diaries for fee earners and providing daily reminders of meetings and commitments
Arranging travel bookings and coordinating internal and external meetings
Handling administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Supporting fee earners with marketing activities and preparation for client meetings
Monitoring emails and post, ensuring important correspondence is handled appropriately and brought to fee earners' attention
Assisting with billing processes and credit control activities
Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and regulatory requirements
Producing correspondence and documents using digital dictation
Maintaining organised filing systems and document management
Building professional relationships with colleagues and clients
Managing multiple priorities effectively in a busy environment

Legal PA Requirements Previous experience in a legal PA, secretarial, or administrative role would be advantageous but not essential
Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work
Professional manner with ability to build trust and confidence with colleagues and clients
Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
