The person would also be counselling on compliance-related issues. The role would involve working closely with the General Counsel in NY and the Regional CEO, Fortune UK & Europe and business people in the UK to understand and explain the nature of the deal and risks at a fast-moving pace. We are looking for a person who can provide practical and creative advice and work both independently and as part of a team.
