• Salary £140,000 - £150,000
• Equity + 15-20% bonus

• Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

About the role

The Lead Product Manager will take full ownership of a brand-new investment proposition, operating with founder-level autonomy. You will define the vision, set the strategy and lead execution from first hypothesis through to live market testing and scale. This is a rare opportunity to move at pace, experiment boldly and build a product that could evolve into a significant revenue line, measured in years rather than decades.

You Will Need

• Deep product leadership experience within investments, wealth or fintech environments
• Proven success delivering 0-1 products in ambiguous, fast-moving settings
• Strong analytical capability combined with design thinking and customer empathy
• Confidence working with data, experimentation frameworks and AI-enabled tools
• A builder mindset with an appetite for ownership, pace and accountability
• A bias to action and not afraid of taking risks.
