You'll play a key role, taking ownership of end-to-end production projects, defining how new products are manufactured, building process flows, setting manning levels and leading improvements once in operation. This is what you'll be doing as Lead Process Engineer Designing, transforming and optimising manufacturing processes Leading process developments from early concept through to volume production Identifying and eliminating waste throughout the operation Driving process transformation initiatives, including selection and implementation of new technologies Supporting new business quotation and investment plans with robust data and insights Influence and engage stakeholders across the business to deliver sustainable change Lead, coach and develop other engineers and project team members What you'll bring to the team as Lead Process Engineer Engineering HNC/Degree or equivalent experience Experience applying lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Experience leading projects and developing others Experience in high mix / high complexity environments (advantageous) And this is what you'll get in return Competitive salary DOE Market leading pension Annual company bonus Private healthcare Life Assurance 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Fully fundeed training and development Proven progression opportunities Are you up to the challenge?
