Clinics Area Lead – Loughborough Champion performance. Develop people. Shape regional excellence.

As a vital member of Pure’s Regional Team, the Clinics Area Lead plays a key leadership role in driving clinical excellence and empowering our people. Reporting to the Head of Clinics, with a dotted line to the Regional Lead, you’ll oversee and mentor a team of Clinics Team Leads—supporting their growth and enabling the development of their wider learning teams.

Working pattern: Three days per week will be clinic-based in Loughborough. The remaining two days will focus on line management of Midlands clinicians.

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior clinical role, with proven leadership capability
• Active HCPC registration held for 4 years or more
• A passion for developing others and driving service excellence

You’ll lead on:

• Clinical quality – Upholding standards, maximising diary efficiency, and driving performance metrics
• Leadership development – Coaching Team Leads, nurturing emerging talent, and promoting progression
• Operational excellence – Enhancing diary management, onboarding, and succession planning
• Governance & risk – Ensuring compliance with HCPC, CSP, and Pure’s clinical frameworks
• Culture & values – Embedding a high-performance mindset and championing inclusive leadership
