Clinics Area Lead – Loughborough Champion performance. Develop people. Shape regional excellence. As a vital member of Pure’s Regional Team, the Clinics Area Lead plays a key leadership role in driving clinical excellence and empowering our people. Reporting to the Head of Clinics, with a dotted line to the Regional Lead, you’ll oversee and mentor a team of Clinics Team Leads—supporting their growth and enabling the development of their wider learning teams.
Working pattern: Three days per week will be clinic-based in Loughborough. The remaining two days will focus on line management of Midlands clinicians.
What you’ll bring: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior clinical role , with proven leadership capability Active HCPC registration held for 4 years or more A passion for developing others and driving service excellence
