CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global facilities management provider, supporting a critical healthcare site in Leeds .
This role is ideal for a Senior Mechanical Engineer ready to take the technical lead on site, combining hands-on engineering with day-to-day leadership, compliance oversight and client interaction within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Package: Salary up to £37,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 25 days annual leave & bank holidays Generous workplace pension scheme Ongoing training, development & progression opportunities Responsibilities: Act as the Lead Mechanical Engineer on site, setting standards and providing technical direction to the engineering team Carry out and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, plumbing, pipework and plant equipment Provide hands-on support for complex or critical mechanical faults Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory and healthcare regulations Act as a key point of contact...
