We are looking to hire an experienced Laser Cutting Setter / Operator.
As a busy manufacturing company, based in the heart of the Midlands, we need your experience to set and operate our Laser Cutting machine.
Commutable from Birmingham, Rowley Regis, Brierly Hill, Walsall, West Bromwich, Cradley Heath, Bilston, Willenhall, Wednesbury, Aston, Quinton and Harbourne
DUTIES
* Operate and set up the Multilaze Laser Cutting Machine to meet the build plan.
* Perform job changeovers, tool changes, and assist with breakdowns.
* Ensure first-off checks are completed and signed off by Quality.
* Support new product development, producing samples as required.
* Maintain a clean, organized CNC area and track tooling inventory.
* Train and support operators, liaise with warehouse, and update the MRP system.
REQUIREMENTS
* CNC Laser experience (Press Brake experience a bonus, not essential).
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
* Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
* Happy to work Days
