About the Role We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our Senior School from April 2026. This full-time position is 5 days a week, 36 weeks per year, 8:00am–5:00pm, with job share considered for the right candidate. You will work closely with our Science Department, preparing materials for practical lessons, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and set up apparatus, materials, and chemical solutions for lessons and coursework. Assist teachers with demonstrations and practical experiments. Maintain laboratories, including microscopes, equipment, chemicals, and stock checks. Carry out minor repairs or organise external repairs as needed.
