The Role We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher to join our team, working with pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will play a vital role in delivering personalised learning pathways that prepare students for adulthood, independence, and meaningful post-16 opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with complex needs

* Adapt curriculum content to meet a range of cognitive and developmental levels

* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets

* Support students’ functional skills, life skills, and preparation for adulthood

* Create a structured, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment
