At Morrisons we're proud to produce a wide range of high quality fish products. As a Key Production Operative - Scallop Cutter you'll work on our busy lines in a fast paced factory. You'll be working within the production team to produce high quality seafood products in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment in order to deliver quality products to our customers.

Using trained skills, including using a scallop-cutting tool to ensure the splitting, cutting and cleaning of the scallops on a variety of differing sizes, you'll aim to reduce waste and improve yield. It's really important that the scallops are cut to a high standard and in line with specification in a timely manner, and that the scallop shells are free of any excess scallop meat.

Safety is a top priority and you'll need to follow all relevant knife safety training at all times to ensure risks are minimised. We'll provide all of the training you'll need to be successful in this role.
