The Role As Junior Sous Chef, youll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food while continuing to develop your leadership and technical skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and food production
Leading sections and supervising junior team members
Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
Supporting menu preparation and service delivery
Ensuring food safety, hygiene and stock control standards are met
Acting as a key support during busy services and events
About You Were looking for someone who:
Is an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to progress
Has a passion for fresh, seasonal and high-quality food
Is keen to develop leadership and people-management skills
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Takes pride in consistency, standards and teamwork
