A prestigious private members club in Central London is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join its well-established kitchen brigade. The club delivers modern British cuisine at a consistent 2 AA Rosette standard, with a strong emphasis on seasonal ingredients and premium produce.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for running the brasserie section, maintaining exceptional food quality, organisation, and kitchen standards. You should take genuine pride in your craft and demonstrate a proactive, professional approach to leadership and service.

Salary: £38,000£40,000, plus £3,000£3,500 TRONC
Location: Central London
Contracted hours: 45 hours per week

The successful Junior Sous Chef will demonstrate strong communication skills, confident leadership, and excellent attention to detail. Experience in high-standard kitchens is essential, along with proven ability to manage key operational responsibilities, including:
Stock control and ordering
Rota planning and team coordination
Maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards
Liaising effectively with suppliers
