We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our team in a busy, high-quality, 2 AA Rosette-standard kitchen . This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up, or an existing Junior Sous ready to develop further within a professional and supportive brigade.
