We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our team in a busy, high-quality, 2 AA Rosette-standard kitchen .
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up, or an existing Junior Sous ready to develop further within a professional and supportive brigade.
The Role:
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading sections during service and ensuring consistency at a high standard
Assisting with training and motivating junior team members
Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices
Contributing to menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients
The Candidate:
Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or above
Experience in a fresh food, high-volume or rosette-level kitchen preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Calm under pressure with a positive, team-focused attitude
Passionate about quality ingredients and modern British cooking
