The role

Source, engage and screen candidates within your market. Conduct high-volume outbound activity, including business development outreach, cold calls and client follow-ups. Negotiate terms of business with new clients. Understand client requirements to identify the ideal candidate. Review CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Build market knowledge and become the go-to partner for candidates and clients. Present candidates to clients and manage the process end-to-end - sending CVs, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback.
