With offices in Belfast, Dublin and Tampa (Florida), our Belfast team is expanding, and we're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to start their recruitment career with a well-established organisation offering industry-leading training and rewards.

The role

Source, engage and screen candidates within your market.
Conduct high-volume outbound activity, including business development outreach, cold calls and client follow-ups.
Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
Understand client requirements to identify the ideal candidate.
Review CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Build market knowledge and become the go-to partner for candidates and clients.
Present candidates to clients and manage the process end-to-end - sending CVs, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback.
