A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist mechanical contractor working across commercial, energy, and process projects. This is a company that invests in its people and offers clear progression into senior roles.
You’ll work closely with the commercial and project management teams, assisting with CVRs, subcontractor accounts, applications for payment, and cost reporting across a range of mechanical installation and pipework projects. Full training and support will be provided, so it’s ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in M&E quantity surveying.
Your Role As A Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Will Include:

Supporting the commercial team in managing mechanical & pipework packages
*
Assisting with Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and cash flow forecasting
*
Reviewing subcontractor quotes and applications for payment
*
Recording and pricing variations and change orders
*
Working closely with the senior QS and project managers / Helping to ensure works are delivered within budget and commercial targets
You Will Need:
*
1–4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role (ideally in mechanical / M&E contracting)
*
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members
*
Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (or working towards)
*
Based in or able to commute to London and surrounding sites
