We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior or Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the lifecycle of domestic and construction projects. Many projects may be in Social housing and council as well. This position requires a strong understanding of cost control methods, accurate surveying, pricing of fire safety works and good understanding of firesurveys and the ability to provide accurate financial advice to stakeholders. Typical project types include: * Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works, Front Entrance Door (FED) and communal doorset replacements. Estate regeneration schemes. Kitchens and bathrooms (K&B’s) upgrades. External repairs and refurbishments Window and door replacements. Internal and external property refurbishments.
