This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to step into a fast-paced, high-performing kitchen, working within a unique nut- and gluten-free environment where precision, creativity, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
As Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will support the leadership team in delivering exceptional pastry while continuing to develop your own skills within one of Londons most dynamic restaurant groups.

The Role
As Junior Pastry Sous Chef , you will:
Support the day-to-day running of the pastry section
Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef on prep, production, and service
Deliver consistently high standards in presentation, flavour, and execution
Contribute to seasonal menu development and new ideas
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
Support stock control, ordering, and waste management
Help train and develop junior members of the team
What Were Looking For
A strong Junior Pastry Sous Chef will have:
Experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie within pastry
Exposure to high-quality restaurant or hotel environments
Solid pastry fundamentals and attention to detail
A genuine passion to learn, grow, and develop
A positive, team-focused attitude
Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced kitchen
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
