Joiner - Property Services\n\nLocation: Northumberland & Newcastle\n Hours: 40 hours per week\n Contract: Temporary initially, with opportunity for permanent employment\n\nWe are currently recruiting an experienced Joiner to work on a range of property services projects across Northumberland and Newcastle.\n\nThis is a temporary role in the first instance, with the potential to be taken on permanently for the right candidate.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarrying out all aspects of joinery works on occupied and void properties\n\nWorking on responsive repairs, maintenance, and planned works\n\nEnsuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements\n\nLiaising professionally with tenants, clients, and site teams\n\nRequirements:\n\nValid CSCS Card\n\nJoinery qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)\n\nProven experience in property services, maintenance, or a related sector\n\nOwn tools (110v or cordless)\n\nOwn van and ability to travel between sites\n\nStrong work ethic and reliability\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n40 hours per week\n\nCompetitive hourly rate (depending on experience)\n\nOngoing work with consistent hours\n\nOpportunity to move into a permanent role\n\nIf you're an experienced Joiner looking for steady work with the potential for long-term employment, we'd like to hear from you
