As a senior consultant, you will lead projects, manage team members, and contribute to the growth of our engineering community. Responsibilities & Growth Opportunities

Leadership – People/line manager, stakeholder management and communication, recruitment. Business Development – Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitch and event hosting. Internal Contribution – Campaign development, white‑papers, practice development, offering development. Learning & Development – Training, certifications, skill building.

Required Qualifications

5+ years’ experience building microservices with Java (Spring Boot). Experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS for front‑end applications. Version control proficiency – Git, GitHub, GitLab. Docker, Docker Compose, CI / CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins). Cloud experience (AWS or Azure). Agile team experience. Strong soft skills: time‑ and risk‑management, problem solving, empathetic leadership. Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.

Desirable

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). NoSQL experience – MongoDB preferred; SQL (Postgres) familiar. Web standards, accessibility, best development practice knowledge.

Bonus

Experience building microservices in C#. ML/LLM integration (Vercel AI, LangChain, etc.). Gov.uk Design System, Nunjucks.
