Our customer, a leading Financial Services company, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Investment Banking Commercial Lawyer to join our legal team, providing comprehensive legal support and strategic advice across a wide spectrum of commercial banking activities. This role requires a deep understanding of banking operations, financial regulations, and commercial legal matters.

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal support and strategic guidance on a broad range of commercial banking matters, including lending, securities, trade finance, treasury, and structured finance transactions. Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including introducing broker agreements, commission-sharing agreements, netting agreements, confidentiality agreements, terms of business, engagement letters, placing agreements, intra-group agreements, bank guarantees, and clearing, custody, and collateral agreements. Advise on and prepare IT and marketing agreements, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Provide legal support on corporate projects, including office launches, restructurings, and joint ventures.
