A leading international luxury business operating in the superyacht sector, serving high-net-worth clients globally is seeking a Senior Lawyer to support the team on a six-month fixed-term basis. Working closely with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team, you will provide strategic legal advice across a broad range of complex, cross-border matters, ensuring continued operational stability and regulatory compliance. Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on legal and commercial matters Leading on global risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (including AML/KYC, sanctions, and data protection) Advising on high-value, complex commercial transactions and contract negotiations Overseeing the legal function and supporting wider business operations Managing external counsel and ongoing legal matters

Ideal Candidate

England & Wales qualified lawyer, 10+ years PQE Ideally experience within the maritime, shipping or superyacht sector Experience dealing with ultra-high-net-worth clients Proven in-house leadership experience Must be immediately available
