A leading international luxury business operating in the superyacht sector, serving high-net-worth clients globally is seeking a Senior Lawyer to support the team on a six-month fixed-term basis.

Working closely with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team, you will provide strategic legal advice across a broad range of complex, cross-border matters, ensuring continued operational stability and regulatory compliance.

Experince within the superyacht or maritime sector is highly desirable.

The Role:

• Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on legal and commercial matters
\n\t
• Leading on global risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (including AML/KYC, sanctions, and data protection)
\n\t
• Advising on high-value, complex commercial transactions and contract negotiations
\n\t
• Overseeing the legal function and supporting wider business operations
\n\t
• Managing external counsel and ongoing legal matters
\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n\t
• England & Wales qualified lawyer, 10+ years PQE
\n\t
• Ideally experience within the maritime, shipping or superyacht sector
\n\t
• Experience dealing with ultra-high-net-worth clients
\n\t
• Proven in-house leadership experience
\n\t
• Must be immediately available
