We are seeking an experienced an Interim Procurement Manager to support a large, complex public-sector organisation on a 12‑month interim basis. This role has a strong commercial and savings focus, alongside responsibility for delivering a portfolio of medium‑complexity procurement projects, primarily within ICT and cross‑category spend.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
Lead delivery of savings, commercial optimisation and value for money across the procurement pipeline, working closely with Finance to track, validate and report benefits. Identify and realise savings through supplier negotiations, contract optimisation, licence and usage reviews, and other commercial levers. Maintain accurate savings trackers, forecasts and reporting for senior governance and finance forums. Lead end‑to‑end procurement activity on a portfolio of medium‑complexity projects, primarily within ICT and cross‑category spend.
