Global Accounting Network are partnering with a fast-growing technology company who are looking for an Interim Group Financial Controller to lead and manage the upcoming group audit process. This is a pivotal role within the finance function, requiring a hands‑on, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and technical accounting skills. You will work closely with the CFO and external auditors to ensure the group audit is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the group year-end audit processAct as the main point of contact for external auditors, ensuring timely provision of information and responses to queriesConsolidate group financials, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standardsOversee the preparation of statutory accounts for group entitiesIdentify and resolve complex accounting and consolidation issuesSupport internal stakeholders with audit-related requests and drive improvements in reporting processesProvide leadership and support to the finance team during a critical period of delivery Skills/Experience Required Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally with Big 4 or Top 10 trainingProven experience ideally within a fast‑paced, multi‑entity groupStrong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and group consolidationsPrior experience managing end‑to‑end external audit processes at group levelExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in the technology or SaaS sectorPrevious interim/contracting experience in a similar capacityExposure to PE‑backed or high‑growth environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
