The role will focus on business-as-usual employment law matters , including: Advising on day-to-day employee relations issues Employment contracts, policies and handbooks Disciplinary and grievance matters Performance management and absence issues Support on restructures, redundancies and TUPE-related queries Providing pragmatic employment law advice to HR and senior stakeholders

Key requirements: England & Wales qualified 4–6 years’ PQE Trained at a recognised law firm Ideally with prior in-house experience, particularly within tech or financial services
