We are instructed on a interim engagement for a Employment Lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to work within a globally recognised brand in a fast-paced, technology-led environment.


The role will focus on business-as-usual employment law matters, including:

  • Advising on day-to-day employee relations issues
  • Employment contracts, policies and handbooks
  • Disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Performance management and absence issues
  • Support on restructures, redundancies and TUPE-related queries
  • Providing pragmatic employment law advice to HR and senior stakeholders


Key requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified
  • 4–6 years’ PQE
  • Trained at a recognised law firm
  • Ideally with prior in-house experience, particularly within tech or financial services
  • Available to start in January
