We are Group Risk and Compliance (R&C) Transformation with a strong global presence, seeking a Manager to join our established Innovation and Generative AI team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering impactful change and enabling our organisation to simplify and adopt new ways of working and will have a deep understanding of Generative AI capabilities and Ethics. Our team is global and while we have a strong presence in the APAC region, the Innovation Manager will be responsible to support EMEA and Americas Regions and is ideally located in one the key locations in the U.K.

The Global Risk and Compliance function comprises c.13,000 FTE spanning sub function areas including Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, Climate Risk, Enterprise Risk, Wholesale Credit Risk, WPB, Analytics, ORR, Traded & Treasury Risk.
