Proven track record in IT recruitment across the UK or Europe Possess the necessary gravitas for such a position Experience in growing and developing a team would be ideal Successful in representing a brand across C-Level Previous track record of growing a sustainable profitable business area essential Previous experience in being a mentor Possess the drive and enthusiasm to motivate your team
