Computappoint is looking for highly motivated school leavers and graduates to join our amazing team as an IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant.You’ll join our very successful team and work closely with the Account Manager and Business Development Managers and Delivery Team Leader, building your knowledge of the industry and our customer base, ensuring our clients continue to receive an excellent service and helping further enhance our reputation in the market.You will have the flexibility to manage the complete candidate recruitment life cycle; sourcing, seeking & enticing top talent, managing interview through to offer.Key Responsibilities of the role:Resourcing permanent and contract vacanciesBuilding a talent pool of candidates within your own niche verticalAttending meetups, industry eventsLiaising with Sales Consultants to prioritise vacanciesCandidate attraction (social media, online advertising)Maintenance of live candidate databaseArranging interviews and negotiating offers of employmentReference checkingContinued contact with successful applicants and clientsYou are someone with:Superior interpersonal skills; an excellent telephone manner, good communication skillsAbility to work in a high-pressured environmentExcellent presentation and customer-facing skillsStrong MS Office knowledge and a strong eye for detailAny previous experience in the recruitment sector would be beneficial.What you’ll get working for Computappoint:Competitive starting salary, rising on completion of probationary periodIndividual and team-based commission + individual bonuses (first year circa £40k OTE)Excellent benefits package including pension, private medical health cover, quarterly team events, fresh fruit & Friday drinks in the office!Good location in the heart of London’s CityPlease contact Michael in the team to discuss this wonderful opportunity!! #J-18808-Ljbffr
