Overview
Publicis Groupe is seeking an Influencer Talent & Partnerships Manager to join our bespoke agency team for a globally recognized client with iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and shape influencer partnerships across the Pets portfolio in the UK and EU, driving creative excellence and operational precision across campaigns.
You’ll work as part of an integrated global network within Publicis’ Power of One model, combining media, production, data & tech, social, influencer, and commerce to deliver seamless PESO experiences.

Responsibilities
Influencer Discovery & Management
Lead influencer discovery, selection, and vetting across the UK and regional markets.
Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and fees with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and partners to ensure long‑term collaboration.
Ensure all influencer activity meets compliance, brand, and legal standards.
Campaign, Content & Collaboration
Oversee influencer content from briefing through to publishing, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Manage client and internal content approvals and feedback processes.
Coordinate closely with Paid Social Hub to optimize and amplify influencer content.
Partner with Strategy and Insights teams to deliver data‑backed recommendations and robust Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA).
Use campaign insights to refine influencer selection, creative direction, and budget strategy for continuous improvement.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
Own Scope of Work (SOW) development and ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
Partner with Finance to manage invoicing, compliance, and timely payments.
Maintain transparent campaign documentation and reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships (agency or brand side).
Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
Proven negotiation skills with experience managing contracts, budgets, and usage rights.
Excellent relationship management skills with influencers, talent agents, and clients.
Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with a focus on operational excellence.
Familiarity with influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tagger) and social analytics tools.
Strong communication skills — able to influence, collaborate, and present with confidence.
Passionate about creator culture, digital storytelling, and innovation in social media.
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across markets.
