:Job SummaryRed Recruitment are currently on the looking for an experience Industrial Sewing Machinist on a temporary to permanent basis, based in the Redditch area. This will be a 12 week temporary period with potential of going into a permanent placement.Duties:Operate various industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specificationsEnsure consistent quality by monitoring stitches, tension, and overall machine performanceFollow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet deadlinesMaintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety protocolsAssist with inventory management by organising materials and supplies in the warehousePerform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issuesCollaborate with team members to optimise workflow and improve production processesExperience needed:Proven experience in sewing, preferably with industrial sewing machinesWarehouse experience is advantageous but not essentialStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracyGood organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions preciselyAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with dexterityBasic understanding of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing settingJBRP1_UKTJ
