A highly regarded, Bradford-based freight forwarding and logistics specialist is looking to recruit an Import Air Freight Operator to join its busy operations team. With a strong reputation across the logistics sector, this business offers a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where operational excellence is key to continued success.

This is a pivotal role within the air freight division, supporting the smooth and profitable movement of import shipments globally. You’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding service to clients while ensuring all shipments are managed efficiently, compliantly and in line with company standards.

Working closely with the Import Air Freight Manager and wider team, you’ll be responsible for managing shipments from quotation through to final delivery, maintaining strong relationships with customers, carriers and international partners.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Managing import air freight shipments from initial quotation through to completion

* Responding to client and agent quotation requests, sourcing competitive rates and preparing accurate quotes
