IFA Administrator

Our prestigious central London based client is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator with at least 2/3 years track record in wealth management, to join one of their Adviser teams.
Responsibilities include: Collating data and information to prepare client reports Contacting product providers to obtain plan information, illustrations, and other details Monitoring and progressing client transfers and post transaction reporting Organising client management system, making sure it's up to date AML documentation Assisting with the preparation of client’s tax packs (obtaining and checking Consolidated Tax Certificates from providers, checking Capital Gains Tax on disposals, and checking accumulation income) Onboarding clients and producing Letters of Authority dispatching to relevant companies Ensuring reports are bound and dispatched to clients in a timely manner Meeting preparation for Advisers Assisting with client's tax packs, gathering pension tax information Managing team diary Develop and stay up to date with technical and industry knowledge Attend and engage in firm wide training opportunities
You will need to:
