Job Description

Our prestigious central London based client is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator with at least 2/3 years track record in wealth management, to join one of their Adviser teams.


Responsibilities include:

  • Collating data and information to prepare client reports
  • Contacting product providers to obtain plan information, illustrations, and other details
  • Monitoring and progressing client transfers and post transaction reporting
  • Organising client management system, making sure it's up to date
  • AML documentation
  • Assisting with the preparation of client’s tax packs (obtaining and checking Consolidated Tax Certificates from providers, checking Capital Gains Tax on disposals, and checking accumulation income)
  • Onboarding clients and producing Letters of Authority dispatching to relevant companies
  • Ensuring reports are bound and dispatched to clients in a timely manner
  • Meeting preparation for Advisers
  • Assisting with client's tax packs, gathering pension tax information
  • Managing team diary
  • Develop and stay up to date with technical and industry knowledge
  • Attend and engage in firm wide training opportunities


You will need to:


  • Have 2/3 years experience in an IFA or wealth management firm
  • Be target driven, and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be organised, methodical, disciplined
  • Be a strong team player and able to work under own initiative
  • Flexible, driven and determined
  • Excellent communication skills


This is a hybrid role being 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
