The Role: I am recruiting an IFA Administration Manager (Senior Client Relationship Manager/Senior IFA Administrator) on behalf of Wealth Matters, a leading independent Financial Planning firm based in Luton (LU1)). Working in a collaborative, fast paced and client focused team, you will oversee the team of IFA Administrators (known internally as Client Relationship Managers), as well as working closely with the Head of Advice, Delivery and Development, supporting her in delivering an exceptional financial planning service to Wealth Matters clients. As the IFA Administration Manager you will support, mentor, train and develop your team, overseeing workflow, process, quality and compliance. Working alongside your team you will develop client relationships, prepare for client meetings and action all tasks arising, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and to tight deadlines and that clients are receiving the best service possible.
