To provide an efficient and productive administration service to advisers and clients with financial planning applications, transfers, money and fund movements, keeping clients informed of progress along the journey
To manage, support and develop administration team staff including recruitment, performance monitoring and appraisals
Develop and implement workflow processes that align with business standards
