About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools across the London area. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you!

As an ICT Field Engineer, you'll:

  • Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff.

  • Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.

  • Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements.

  • Respond to critical incidents, implementing temporary or permanent solutions for server, switch, and internet failures - or even physical disruptions like floods.

What will you bring to the Role?

If you can demonstrate the following, we'd love to hear from you:

  • You will be an experienced, hands-on, technical support engineer who has a good working knowledge covering small organisations or school networks.

  • You will have a proven ability to work with others to deliver and manage a wide range of programmes & projects to meet our customer and third-party objectives.

  • Confident with an ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing particularly with internal business users and external vendors.

  • Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS and a Right to Work in the UK.
