About the Role: We're looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools across the London area. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you! As an ICT Field Engineer, you'll: Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff.
Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.
Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements.
