Mechanical HVAC Project Manager Nottingham\nA successful Mechanical and Electrical Design and build contractor is currently recruiting for an HVAC Project Manager to join their team.\nAs Project Manager you will be responsible for the project management, coordination, installation and commissioning of Mechanical HVAC multifaceted systems in commercial and industrial buildings.\nYou will be in volved in developing system specifications, preparing and overseeing of construction drawings and documentation and coordination of contractors and subcontractors.\nYou will have;\n * Extensive experience in the design and build Mechanical HVAC systems industry\n * Strong understanding of HVAC principles and practices.\n * Experience/understanding of AutoCAD and Building Information Modelling (BIM)\n * Excellent communication skills and able to work independently or part of a team\nThe role offers salary circa £50,000 - £65,000 , phone and computer, contributory pension scheme and company bonus scheme
