Mechanical HVAC Project Manager\nLocation: Nottingham (Office-Based)\nSalary: £50,000–£60,000 + Car + Phone + Laptop + Pension + Bonus\nType: Full-Time | Permanent\n\nA well-established Midlands M&E Design & Build Contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical projects ranging from £50k to £5m+. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality, multifaceted building services solutions.\n\nThe Role\n\n * \n\n Manage HVAC projects from initial specification through to commissioning and handover\n\n * \n\n Develop technical documentation, drawings, and plant/equipment schedules\n\n * \n\n Place orders and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers\n\n * \n\n Manage project costs, variations, monthly applications, forecasts and final accounts\n\n * \n\n Oversee site works, attend meetings, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues\n\n * \n\n Ensure smooth commissioning, O&M preparation, and client support\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\n * \n\n 10+ years’ experience in Mechanical HVAC D&B projects\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services principles\n\n * \n\n HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical Building Services (or equivalent experience)\n\n * \n\n Experience with AutoCAD and an understanding of BIM (advantageous)\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and within a team\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n £50k–£60k salary (DOE)\n\n * \n\n Company car, phone, laptop & bonus scheme\n\n * \n\n Supportive and collaborative working environment\n\n * \n\n Career progression opportunities\n\n * \n\n Involvement in challenging and rewarding projects\n\nIf you're an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking for a long-term role within a growing contractor, we’d love to hear from you
