Experienced HVAC Engineers - Birmingham / West Midlands\nWorking Across Primark Retail Stores\n\nWe are currently recruiting for experienced HVAC Engineers to join our client in the Birmingham / West Midlands region, supporting maintenance operations across Primark retail stores.\n\nSalary\n\n£42,000 - £44,500 (for dual gas certified engineers)\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking multi-skilled engineers with an HVAC / Refrigeration bias who can work independently and deliver high-quality maintenance services across retail environments.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nCarrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)\nDiagnosing faults and completing reactive repairs\nPerforming HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance across retail sites\nUndertaking compliance and statutory maintenance works\nEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures\n\nRequirements\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will need:\n\nCommercial Gas Qualification and/or Refrigeration Qualification\nProven experience within maintenance / facilities management\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively\nStrong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements\nFull UK Driving Licence\nFlexibility to participate in a call-out rota\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nCompetitive salary package\nStable work across a major retail contract\nOpportunity to work within a professional and supportive team\nLong-term career development opportunitiesApply now to join a growing team delivering essential maintenance services across a leading retail estate
