In this role, you’ll: Be the first point of contact for new joiners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience Draft contracts, offer letters, and manage employee documentation Monitor and manage the HR inbox with professionalism and care Support employee relations processes, note-taking, and case tracking Keep our HR systems accurate and compliant with best practice

Ideally you are: Detail-oriented, approachable, and discreet Comfortable handling sensitive issues with tact and clarity A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment Someone who is proactive in their approach who will take the initiative on matters and look for ways to improve current processes and situations. You'll be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and be a self starter.
